But read the agreement:
"The products Buyer is buying to learn how to make money or products that Buyer is buying to re-sell, have all been proven money-makers. The income and earnings statements, if any, tend to reflect the more successful cases and Buyer should not construe this as being the 'average' or usual success story."

What's this tell you? It's an informational book on how to make money. Sounds to me like you are going to have to work hard to make money. They are just offering you materials to teach you.
Also, an additional option is to design website and place ads on them.
